The Remedial Program is offered for people with serious medical conditions and injuries. It is also available for Yoga Mandir students who are pregnant and are experiencing difficulties beyond what is manageable in their normal Practitioner Program, or who have recently given birth. New mothers may negotiate with Alan to bring their new born babies to Remedial class.
Enrolment in a Remedial Course of 5 weeks entitles the student to attend, in addition to the Thursday morning class with Alan, the Tuesday 9:30am class with certified teacher Demeter Davis. This provides two weekly avenues for a student to touch their practice of yoga with the guidance of a qualified teacher.
The Institute's normal practice is for students to have a Private Assessment with Alan Goode, before they enrol in our Remedial Courses. At the Private Assesssment Alan will determine whether a student should book into the Remedial program or another course.
