No. We initially allowed the sharing of email addresses so for example a couple could use the one email address for multiple accounts but this caused problems with the system. It is now required that only unique email addresses should be used for each user account.

If you do not have an email address then it is recommended to obtain a free email account such as Gmail or Hotmail.

Most Internet Service Providers (ISP) provide additional email addresses so you should be able to contact your ISP and ask for an additional email address. It may be then possible to auto forward all emails to your main ISP account.

When your order has been reviewed by the office administrator, your order will be marked as completed and you will automatically receive an email informing you of this update.

Once your order has been marked as completed you will have access to the file by going to your profile page at www.yogamandir.com.au/user and clicking on the 'Files' menu tab.

On the 'Files' page you should be able to see all of the files that have been purchased. You have 7 days from the day your order was processed to click on the 'Download' button to play a specific audio file. You can play it up to 4 times during this period.

To actually store the file on your computer or other device so you can listen to it after the 7 day period has expired, right click on the 'Download' button and select ‘Save link as’ and then the preferred destination folder.

When your order has been reviewed by the office administrator, the props will be gathered from our store and placed in the change room of the studio in which you normally attend. Your name will be attached to the props.

Your order will be marked as completed and you will automatically receive an email informing you of this update.

If you have forgotten your password or username you can try requesting a new password by visiting https://www.yogamandir.com.au/user/password.

You will need either your username or your email address. Enter one of these and then press the "E-mail new password" button.

An email will be sent to you which contains a link that you must click on to change your password.

Overview

This tutorial provides instructions on how to create a new account on the site.

Prerequisites

You will need the following details in order to create an account.

• A valid email address
• Contact details such as firstname, lastname and contact phone number.

Instructions

1. On the Yoga Mandir home page, click on the "Login / Register" menu link.
2. Click on "Create new account" tab.
3. Enter your detail using the following as a guide.
   1. Username: This is the username that you use to log into the site. It should be something you can remember. Ideally just enter your first and second names
   2. E-mail address: This will need to be a valid email address as confirmation emails will be sent to this address.
   3. Phone: Your preferred contact number.
   4. Fill in the other fields as required.
4. Click on the "Create new account" button. If there are no errors on the page then you will be directed to the home page and a message "A welcome message with further instructions has been sent to your e-mail address." will be displayed. NOTE. You MUST open this email and click on the link provided to validate your account and email address.
5. Open the email and click on the link provided.
6. The link should open your web browser and direct you to a reset password page. Read the page and click on the "Login" button.
7. Once logged in, you will be directed to your profile page. The following message will be displayed. "You have just used your one-time login link. It is no longer necessary to use this link to log in. Please change your password.".
8. Change your password in the "Password" and "Confirm password" fields. Scroll to the bottom of page and click on the "save" button.
9. To view your account at any time, click on "My account" from the main menu or go to www.yogamandir.com.au/user and login with your username and password.
