Introducing Sadhana-Summer

We’ve reworked our popular online Introducing Sadhana Program (usually completed in 10 weeks) to run over the 5 weeks of summer (January).  This short online course delivers students with Iyengar Yoga experience, the structures and principles to undertake a home practice.  Participants conduct a daily practice, journal their sequences and submit weekly practice logs.  All support material is delivered online, so there’s no need to be in Canberra for this one.  All you need is a stable internet connection and the resolve to practice each day.

Anyone who would like to gain further understanding of the time required to complete the one year Sadhaka program is advised to complete Introducing Sadhana.
