Classes in January

Throughout January Yoga Mandir continues to run a program of classes for students of Yoga.  Classes are held both morning and evening 7 days a week.  So now’s your chance to visit Canberra.

Come and see why Lonely planet said ‘… Canberra has been staking a claim for the title of 'coolest little capital' – and we’re not just talking winter temperatures.  Where else could you chill out in with fresh ground coffee, before spotting kangaroos in the capital’s reserves then taking in some of the nation’s best culture? 

Open Yogasana classes provide an opportunity for students to deepen and diversify their practice.  The teachers recognise the range of practice experience of the students attending and are able to respond to these needs through asana modification and the use of props.

Classes run for 90 minutes and cost $24. There is no need to book, turn up anytime, doors open 15 minutes before the class.  The Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am slow paced classes offer a consistent sequence that is applied over both days.  The Sunday afternoon sequence focuses on restorative asanas.
